Ian is the managing director of Fenton Insurance Solutions Ltd has been looking after clients of the company for over twenty years having joined the partnership in 1986. Prior to this he worked for the Northern Star Insurance Company in Croydon and the Prudential Assurance Co Ltd in Croydon, South London and Norwich. He is also professionally qualified having gained the associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII).

David Mummery is the director responsible for Finance and the development of Information Technology in the business. Also professionally qualified, David has worked in insurance broking virtually since leaving school.

Andrew joined the original partnership in March 1997 Having gained experience and, again his ACII whilst working for The Eagle Star Insurance Company in Norfolk. He moved away and joined a broking organisation in Nottingham where he spent several successful years. Andrew is particularly concerned in the acquisition of new commercial insurance business. Andrew Lovell was appointed Director in November 2004 and is now the director responsible for business development.

Graham re-joined the company in 2005 having worked for the original partnership for 11 years. He has a total of 18 years broking experience and is qualified to diploma level with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Stella is responsible for the management of the personal insurance area of the business and the 6 strong team that looks after the personal insurance requirements of the company's clients. She ensures that the service standards of the company are applied equally to personal customers as to commercial customers. She also takes direct responsibility for providing an insurance service to those with more complex personal insurance needs.

David has been working as an insurance broker in King’s Lynn for 30 years serving the commercial clients of Country Mutual Insurance Brokers, whose Kings Lynn office merged with Fenton Insurance Solutions in January 2007.
